The Best Texas Pools In Dfw According To An Influencer

It’s July and, unlike most of the city, you’re still in Dallas. Here in Texas, summer is the only reason to get outside the pool. You may not be on vacation – but don’t have FOMO, a sunny getaway is closer than you think.

Dallas hotels are a treasure trove of beautiful pools and fun in the sun. We have compiled a list of the best pool hotels that you can use as a summer tourist.

If you’re looking for a pool party, look no further than Stoneleigh. DJ Blake Ward and friends deck the Uptown Hotel every weekend, Instagram-ready scents float, and frozen cocktails flow freely. Keep an eye on the hotel’s Facebook page for special events such as swim yoga and night swims.

Perched on the hill in Oak Cliff, this artistic mid-century hotel looks very attractive in summer. The hotel’s pool and adjacent lawns offer sweeping views of downtown Dallas and frequent concerts and parties. This area is best enjoyed with a fruity cocktail and poochy bikini – retro vibes abound.

Best Hotel Pools In The U.s.

You have probably seen it towering over the High Street like a giant aquamarine; The jewel in the crown is the confounding gravity, the glass roof of the pool wall. You must be a hotel guest to swim in most of the pools on this list, but at Jules you must be a hotel guest.

Or try to get into the roof without a hinge –  but it’s a more comfortable place to sleep.

Decorated on the 16th floor, the W Hotel has inaugurated a new era of swimming pool elevators in Dallas, which we are very pleased with. While it may not be the newest or trendiest of modern pools, it’s still a pretty cool place. The wet bar opens its waters to non-guests for fitness events, after-hours parties, pool parties and more.

Head down McKinney Avenue to the luxurious pool at Hotel Jazz. The pool is open to the public late, and the weekend scene is alive. The tank itself is very small, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in style. Sit in a plush lounge chair, order a crazy looking fruit plate and soak up the gorgeous scenery.

NYLO also offers another top swimming option in the south of the city, in the up-and-coming Cedars neighborhood. Some of the best views of the Dallas skyline can be found at the infinity pool and side bar. Sera is open for public soda, and offers specialty cocktails and small plates.

There are some tanks, and there are looser tanks; A growing relaxation pool falls into the latter category. ‘Take yourself’ for a day to the popular space hotel and leisurely swim – however, there is food and drink available, service.

Still weak roof drains? Neither do we. Again, ‘Every infinite lake has a great advantage over the rest.’ It is warm and available all year round. This urban oasis has a large deck, Jacuzzi, fire pit, pit cabanas and – of course – great views of the city.

The terrace at the Fairmont is nice with a spacious deck, an Olympic-sized pool and a vegetable garden. The pool is family-friendly and hosts movies every Saturday throughout the summer.

Adolphus opened the luxury seventh-floor swimming pool last year as part of a major renovation of the hotel. Cool off in a semi-submersible lounge chair or private darkened cabana. The pool table has many refreshing, quick dishes to eat with the sun.
