Disney Cruise Line first announced in August that Disney Fantasy will resume cruises on September 11, 2021. The cruise line today announced that Disney Fantasy will resume seven-day cruises or longer from Port Canaveral on 9 October 2021.

Disney Fantasy will resume sailing September 11, 2021 with 4-day cruises from Port Canaveral, Florida. During this initial phase, Disney Fantasy will only visit Disney’s private Castaway Cay island in the Bahamas.
However, starting October 9, 2021, Disney Fantasy will resume flights of 7 nights or more from Port Canaveral, with stops in the Bahamas and Mexico.
As part of Disney Cruise Line’s phased approach to gradually reopening, the 7-day Disney Fantasy cruises on October 9 and October 30 have been modified to include ports in Mexico and the Bahamas. Additionally, the eight-day flight on October 16, 2021 has also been modified to include ports in Mexico and the Bahamas.
Disney Cruise Line also recently announced plans for Disney Wonder to continue departing San Diego on October 1 with a 3- and 4-night cruise. The three-day trip will include a stopover in Ensenada, Mexico, and a day at sea. The 4-day cruise will include 2 days at sea and a stop in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
