Earlier this month, developer Two Trees Management completed construction on 325 Kent, the first building to be completed in the Domino mega-project in Williamsburg. With this, we now begin to see some of the completed spaces in the tight, donut-shaped building that includes several apartments and services.

The 16-story building contains a total of 522 apartments, from studios to two bedrooms. Market-rate rentals were introduced last May, with studios starting at $2,495 per month. The total number of units includes 104 affordable apartments, which received an incredible 87,000 applications.

Several rentalsare still available here, with prices starting at $2,415 for a studio and up to $6,137 for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, according to StreetEasy.
Newly released interior photos show beautiful finishes including solid white oak floors, a stainless steel pocket in the kitchen and large windows. In most cases, these apartments face directly on the East River and offer views of the Williamsburg Bridge.
As for the number of services offered, most of them are concentrated on the three-story bridge that connects the building to the top. The residence includes a health club, bike storage, resident lounge, pool table and chef’s kitchen. Other amenities include a 2,000-square-foot courtyard and a 7,000-square-foot rooftop terrace, both designed by Leeser Architecture and built by Blondie’s Treehouse.
The building already has a strong retail proposition. Mekelburg’s will open a location on the ground floor, Michelin-starred chef Missy Robbins will open a restaurant here, and Sky Ting Yoga will also have a location at 325 Kent this year.
